At WeatherBeeta, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that fits your athletic needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
